At home in Cabarita Beach
Cabarita Beach is a small beach town on the Tweed Coast, in the Northern Rivers of NSW, just south of the Queensland border. The maps sometimes say Bogangar, the locals say Caba, and both mean the same stretch of sand. You’ll find us at 51 Tweed Coast Rd, open 6:00am to 2:00pm, every day.
We’re here for the early walkers and the dawn surfers, the school run, the tradies on smoko and the holidaymakers wandering up from the beach. Whoever you are, the kettle’s already on.
Caba Social has about 50 seats, split between inside tables and alfresco seating, and dogs are welcome outside. The menu covers breakfast, brunch and lunch, and the Australian Good Food Guide named us a Readers’ Choice for coffee in 2026.

Kingscliff
Kingscliff is about ten minutes north of us along the coast road. If you’re after a breakfast worth the short drive, we’re an easy run south.
Hastings Point
Hastings Point is our closest neighbour, about five minutes south. After the headland lookout or a morning at the creek, coffee and a toastie at Caba Social is the natural next stop.
Pottsville
Pottsville is about ten minutes south of the cafe. Make us the coffee stop on your next drive up the coast.

Wherever you are on the Tweed Coast, the coffee is worth the trip. 51 Tweed Coast Rd, Cabarita Beach. Open 6:00am to 2:00pm, every day.
Doors open at 6:00am, so the first coffee of the day is ready for the dawn surfers and early walkers coming up from the beach. Breakfast runs into brunch and lunch until we close at 2:00pm.
There are no bookings, so walk in and find a spot among about 50 seats inside and out. Bring the dog to the alfresco tables, order a babycino for the little ones, and ask the team for a loyalty card if you’re a regular. Travelling in a bigger group?
