Privacy policy
The short version: we collect only what you type into our forms, we use it only to reply to you, and we never sell it. The longer version is below, in plain English.
Who we are
This website belongs to Caba Social, the cafe at 51 Tweed Coast Rd, Cabarita Beach NSW 2488. When this page says we, us or our, that’s who it means. Anything privacy-related can go to hello@cabasocialcafe.com.
What we collect
Only what you choose to give us. The contact form asks for your name, a way to reply (email or phone) and the details of your message. There are no accounts, no sign-ups and no newsletter lists on this site.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you. That’s the whole list. We don’t sell your information, we don’t share it for marketing and we don’t add you to mailing lists.
Where it is stored
Our forms run on Netlify, the service that hosts this website. When you press send, Netlify passes your message to the cafe’s email inbox and keeps a copy in its form dashboard. We keep messages only as long as we need them to look after your enquiry, then they go.
Analytics and cookies
If we use a simple visitor counter such as Google Analytics, it tells us things like how many people looked at the menu page. It doesn’t tell us who you are, and we don’t run advertising trackers on this site. If any of that changes, this page changes first.
