Who we are
This website belongs to Caba Social, the cafe at 51 Tweed Coast Rd, Cabarita Beach NSW 2488. When this page says we, us or our, that’s who it means. Questions about anything on this page can go to hello@cabasocialcafe.com.
Using this website
The site is here to tell you about the cafe and to take your messages. We keep it accurate and up to date as best we can. The cafe menu online shows favourites without prices, and the full menu changes with the seasons, so what’s available in the cafe on the day is always the final word.
Catering
Our catering is coming soon. Nothing on this site is an offer to supply catering yet. If you ask us about catering in the meantime, anything we arrange is confirmed with you directly by email.
If you need to change or cancel a confirmed order, email hello@cabasocialcafe.com as early as you can and we’ll work through it with you.
Allergens
Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, nuts and other allergens, so we can’t guarantee any item is completely free of traces. Tell us about any allergy when you enquire or order, and tell the team when you visit.
Photos, words and the logo
Every photograph on this site was taken at Caba Social, and the Caba Social name, logo and Heart and Palm artwork belong to the cafe. Please don’t copy or reuse them without asking us first. Asking is easy: hello@cabasocialcafe.com.
Links to other sites
We link out to our Instagram and Facebook pages and to our Australian Good Food Guide listing. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we don’t control what happens there.
The legal part, kept short
Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Beyond those rights, the website itself is provided as is: we look after it carefully, but we can’t promise it will never have a hiccup. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
